Gerhard's Pages

There are a few books on SCSI, on paper and bits ....

SCSI Books

Programmer's Guide to SCSI Brian Sawert's ultimate one for the serious SCSI programmer
The Book of SCSI Introduction to SCSI and some more - i.m.o. easier to the user - of course i'm slightly biased <g>
bigger, better and so on in the 2nd edition now!
The SCSI bus and IDE interface Friedhelm Schmitt's Book on SCSI and IDE - rather good, sometimes not deep enough i.m.o. - german and english
SCSI-Bus Hermann Straß' Book on SCSI - very good also, be sure to get the 3rd edition - german and english
Basics of SCSI Ancot's rather good readable introduction to SCSI - possibly still available
The SCSI Bench Reference and
SCSI Encyclopedia
ENDL's SCSI table books (mostly by Jeffrey Stai) - very complete and good tables of the commands, somewhat extended and clearer than the original spec, but at $99 per book (2 available), more for the serious engineer. Also a little dry to read without other books. Available via amazon, search for ENDL or SCSI
SCSI-Probleme lösen Ulrich Weber's SCSI troubleshooting book through Elektor Publishing. A.f.a.i.k., available also in englisch and french

Info bits so good it's counting as book ... <g>
Fujitsu Manuals Fujitsu's Manuals and engineering tutorials to SCSI - very good, and mostly online
The direct URL is sort of a moving target, therefore i gave up... Just search for "SCSI" ...
